Carolyn and Michael made it official this past Saturday at A Different Pointe of View in Phoenix, Arizona!
They met in the most 21st century kind of way – on Tinder! Their first date was a common theme/joke throughout the day. Carolyn was just casually dating, not looking for anything serious. In fact, before she met Michael she wasn’t even sure if she wanted to get married! However, she decided to give him a chance if we was willing to meet her in the late afternoon on a Monday. Carolyn was working crazy hours as a pharmacist and had just got done working a crazy shift, but they had dinner anyways and basically sat and talked in the parking lot of her work. She even fell asleep at the end of the date from pure exhaustion – she always jokes that she’s not sure how they went on another date after that.
Carolyn is really close with her dad, Dennis, and she always calls him after a date to check in. When he asked her how it went, she was it was ‘ok’. For her though at the time, it was high praise! That is when her dad said he knew there was something more. It didn’t take long for them to bond over their mutual loves of music, travel, and adventure.
All day they were just beaming from ear to ear. Constantly stealing glances at each other and you could just feel their happiness radiating from them! Such an amazing thing to be in the presence of.
The whole day went smoother than imaginable for a wedding day. The weather was a little warm during the afternoon but in the shade and once that sun set, it was absolutely gorgeous out! Especially with the amazing views from Different Pointe of View – the most breathtaking views of all of Phoenix and a front row seat to an amazing Arizona sunset!
Carolyn and Michael, you two are really something special! Your love is just the sweetest thing to be in the presence of and I can’t thank you enough for being such an amazing couple to work with! Wishing you two a lifetime full of adventure, which I know you’ll have 😉
